Amazon.com is a classic B2C e-commerce site; Amazon Business and industry consortia are B2B; eBay and Etsy are C2C market makers; Uber and Airbnb are on-demand service examples that combine C2C with local e-commerce.
B2B is the largest type — about 10 times the size of B2C in dollar terms — but B2C is what most consumers actually experience.
